現在的海洋污染的情形常嚴重，因為人類為了省錢將汙水、廢水、垃圾等未經過處理，就排入河流再慢慢流向大海。而居住在海洋裡的生物，因此而生病或死亡，甚至瀕臨絕種。

為了阻止海洋汙染，我們可以建擬定健全的「海洋防治法規」，落實阻止海洋汙染相關工作，以及加強海域環境監視，建立海域環境品質資料庫，強化海洋油汙染緊急應變能力，充實海洋汙染緊急應變設備，管制海洋汙染源，推動設置船舶廢汙水收受處理設施，並且管制海洋汙染源。雖然這些事情看起來很不容易，但如果我們可以做到，就可以改善海洋污染的問題。

In order to prevent marine pollution, we can build develop sound "Ocean Control Law" to implement to prevent marine pollution related work, as well as strengthening the marine environment monitoring, the establishment of marine environment quality database, strengthening marine oil pollution emergency response capabilities, enrich Marine Pollution Emergency Response equipment, control of marine pollution, set up to promote the acceptance of ships waste water treatment facilities, and control of marine pollution. While these things look very easy, but if we can do, we can improve the problem of marine pollution.
